Mildew-proof packaging must be based on the physiological characteristics of microorganisms, improve the environmental factors of production and control of packaging, storage and transportation, in order to achieve the purpose of inhibiting the growth of mildew. Under dry conditions, molds can not propagate and commodities can not rot. Proper moisture-proof materials can be selected when packaging products. Dry anti-mildew packaging technology can achieve the purpose of anti-mildew by reducing the moisture content in sealed packaging and the moisture content of commodity itself, so that mildew microorganisms can not get the moisture needed for growth and reproduction. By placing a certain amount of desiccant in the sealed package to absorb the moisture in the package, the moisture content of the goods in the package can be reduced below its allowable moisture content. The product is insulated from the humid atmosphere by using low moisture permeability or non-moisture permeability materials to avoid the influence of moisture on the product.

2. Anti-mildew packaging of jewelry box chemicals: refers to the packaging technology that uses anti-mildew and antiseptic chemicals to properly handle the items and packaging materials to be packaged. Fungicidal mechanism of antifungal preservatives: coagulation, precipitation and denaturation of mycelial proteins; combination of antifungal preservatives with mycelial enzyme system to affect the metabolism of mycelium; use antifungal preservatives to reduce the surface tension of mycelium, increase the permeability of cell membrane and cause cell breakdown or dissolution.

3. Gas phase anti-mildew packaging of jewelry boxes: It means to use volatile anti-mildew preservatives to contact directly with mildew microorganisms by volatile gas, so as to kill and inhibit their growth and prevent commercial mildew.
